Mommy's Baptism Gown

Mommy was cleaning out your closet and came across her baptism gown.  She played dress up with you and put her gown on you.  It fit perfectly!  She's hoping it still fits you for your baptism on January 9th.

Hi!

You are cooing more and more everyday.  Mommy and Daddy have been getting a kick out of one of the noises you make.  It sounds like you're saying "Hi!".  Here's a video Teita captured of you making the sound. 

Yesterday, you and Mommy went back and forth on your changing table saying "Hi" to each other.  Mommy felt like she was communicating with you for the first time.

Eight Weeks Old

Daddy and I brought you for your 8-week shots today.  You cried for only a couple of minutes and then you were fine.  You weighed 11 lbs. 14.5 oz, and you were 23.5 inches long.  Mommy brought you home, and you slept for most of the day.  You weren't fussy at all!  Daddy gave you Tylenol once just in case you weren't feeling good.  I can't believe you are 8 weeks old already!  You are so beautiful, and we are so thankful for you.
