Caroline Rents Her Violin

Caroline starts violin lessons on Tuesday, so we drove to Lafayette to pick up her rental violin at SOLA Violins.  You were so excited to learn about the horse hairs on the bow, how to store your violin in its case, and you were very excited you got to carry it out by yourself.  I can't wait to see what you learn at lessons!

 

Caroline and Joseph's First Day of Kindergarten

You two were so excited to begin Kindergarten!  Mommy walked you to class, and none of us shed any tears!  We are so happy that you have Mrs. Cannon and Mrs. Mire as teachers this year.  They are fabulous!!  Daddy and I hope you have a wonderful school year and that you learn, grow, and always show kindness.  We love you!!

 

Caroline and Joseph Attend Kindergarten Orientation

Joseph and Caroline had their Kindergarten Orientation this morning form 9-10.  Mommy brought them to their classroom to meet Mrs. Cannon and Mrs. Mire, and then I headed to the library for a Kindergarten meeting.  You were only there for an hour, but you had fun!  Caroline sits across from Anne Marie, and Joseph sits across from MK.  Because they do staggered entry, you two will be going to school on Wednesday, and then again Friday.  You both can't wait!
