Happy New Year's Eve

Happy New Year's Eve!  We celebrated New Year's Eve this year with a quiet night at home.  We pretended it was midnight with the three of you at 6:30 P.M.  You all blew your horns (Caroline chewed hers, and Joseph shook his).  It was a cold night, so Daddy lit a fire and read to you.  Mommy and Daddy were in bed for 11:00 P.M.  2017 was the first year we spent as a family of five.  We can't wait to see what 2018 holds for our family.  Mommy and Daddy love you three more than words can say.

Happy 1st Birthday Joseph and Caroline!/ Fifty-Two Weeks Old

Catherine, Daddy, and I woke each of you up this morning with the Happy Birthday song.  Catherine and Mommy made you birthday blueberry muffins, and you both gobbled them up.  It was very cold outside, so we spent the day cozy at home reading and playing with your new toys from Christmas.  Teita stopped by for a little while and brought you birthday balloons!  Later, Mimi, Pop Pop, and Ray Ray came over, and we sang "Happy Birthday" to you again and had cupcakes!  Happy birthday to my buddy and sweet girl!

Twelve Months Old

Happy 12 months Caroline and Joseph!  You both are such happy babies (most of the time!).  You love to eat... Joseph is not as picky as Caroline when it comes to food.  You both like feeding yourselves, and you're still learning how to drink water from a sippy cup.
