At Caroline's 2 year wellness check, Dr. Guidroz heard a heart murmur. She wanted to see Caroline a month later to re-evaluate. On Monday, I brought her in, and Dr. Guidroz still heard the murmur. She suggested I take her to see a pediatric cardiologist to evaluate whether or not the murmur is innocent. This morning, I took Caroline to see Dr. Crapanzano (we actually saw his PA), and there she was given an EKG and an echocardiogram. She was such an awesome patient and did everything they asked her to do. No tears!! All tests came back normal, which means her heart murmur is innocent. Mommy was so happy with the news that I burst into happy tears! No follow-up is necessary... God is good.
