We went to Dauphin Island this year for the 4th because we didn't know what kind of condition Grand Isle was going to be in. We missed the golf cart rides on the beach like in GI, but Dauphin Island was a blast! We kayaked, got snowballs, tie-dyed shirts, and the kids had their own rooms upstairs. It's always a good time with the Chapmans, Teliches, and Schmeeckles!
