We traveled to Virginia and West Virginia this summer and stayed at the Omni Homestead in Hot Springs. The Omni had so much for the kids to do, including waterslides, putt putt golf, pool, movies, a social hour each day with dessert and tea, and so much more. We visited two national parks- New River Gorge National Park and Shenandoah National Park. Catherine came down with an URI while we were there, but she was a trooper and pushed through all of the activities we planned!
Traveling home was rough- our flight was delayed until 3AM and we landed in New Orleans at 6 AM. But we were thankful for a great trip, time together, and our safe return. Where will we go next?
