Yummy!  We roasted marshmallows in our fireplace.  Catherine and Caroline loved them, but Joseph didn't.  He didn't like the burned part.  Next time we will make smores!

Happy New Year's Day

We spent the first day of 2019 at Mimi and Pop Pop's house.  We went to eat lunch and to watch the LSU game vs. UCF. (We won!)  Mimi cooked ham, blacked-eyed peas, cabbage, and cabbage casserole.  Caroline and Joseph didn't want to eat any BEP or cabbabe, but Catherine ate one tiny bite of each.  Mommy brought cupcakes she'd made for Caroline and Joseph's birthday so that we could celebrate with Mimi and Pop Pop.  Soo good!

Cousin Jaime gave a purple butterfly bracelet for Christmas, and Catherine LOVES it!

Happy New Year's Eve!

Since Joseph was still not feeling right, we stayed home today for New Year's Eve.  Instead of counting down to midnight, we counted down to noon!  We blew horns and yelled "Happy New Year!"  Daddy and I stayed up til midnight and watched the ball drop on TV.  It's hard to believe it's already 2019.  Can't wait to see what blessings 2019 holds for us.  We are so thankful for everything God gave to us during 2018, especially our new home.
